Eden Podiatry Clinic Ltd (EPC) will aim to deliver a friendly, professional service in line with its standard operating procedure (SOP) which is available in the waiting room and the clinic.

We aim to:
  • Be punctual. However occasionally this may be challenging, but we will keep our patients informed if we are running late.
  • Be clear and concise when explaining our procedures.
  • Follow the Royal college of Podiatry guidelines and be compliant with HCPC regulation, including record keeping, infection control and consent.
  • Be up to date with our training and provide evidence based care.
  • Treat patients with respect in a caring manner, in a clean well-appointed clinic.

From our patients we ask

this means a delay for our next patient this may not be possible.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or you fail to attend we reserve the right to charge you. You can cancel via phone 016977 41717, email edenpodiatryclinic@yahoo.co.uk or message on Facebook.
  • If you fail to attend your appointment we will ring initially to check if you are well. If we can’t reach you we will send you a letter informing you of the missed appointment.
  • Please tell us any changes: particularly to update your contact details e.g address, telephone number, change of doctors practice, any new health issues and new medication. This information will be reviewed annually and is confidential.

Emergency contact: If you suspect you have an infection requiring antibiotics’ or have a foot ulcer please contact your doctor immediately. EPC cannot offer long-term wound / ulcer care; this is best managed in the NHS.

Disclaimer: At your appointment we listen to your foot issues. We then assess your feet, offer treatment, discuss a care plan and issue a health education leaflet. Unfortunately we cannot resolve all foot issues and may need to refer you to other services with your agreement. However if you feel the problem has not been resolved or dealt with adequately we are happy to see you back within two weeks for a free review.
